2 simple practices to gain confidence

Lately I began catching myself on procrastination, low energy and frequent travelling to the fridge looking for something sweet šŸ™„(even though Iā€™m not a sweet tooth at all)

If youā€™re with me for a while, you know what that means, eh?

Lockdown, depressing news, constant zoom meetings are doing its bit. I am starting to burn out again.

How am I helping myself? By engaging in my favourite practices.

Today, Iā€™d like to share the two of my favorites. Buy doing them daily, you can:

1. Gain more confidence

2. Preven burnout

3. Learn to enter your state of flow

This one helps gain confidence and find internal support.

Every day, you should write down 3 things, that you have done really sharp, and why you think this was cool. Explore these events - contemplate about what skills, talents and qualities are hidden behind them. 

šŸ™ŒšŸ¼ PRACTICE ā€œ5 LESSONSā€

Will help activate ā€œbeginners mindā€ that so give new meaning to your routine tasks.

Finish your day with a list of 5 things that you have learnt today. Look for the most interesting, extraordinary experiences, analyze them and make conclusions.
