2 simple practices to gain confidence
Lately I began catching myself on procrastination, low energy and frequent travelling to the fridge looking for something sweet š(even though Iām not a sweet tooth at all)

Every day, you should write down 3 things, that you have done really sharp, and why you think this was cool. Explore these events - contemplate about what skills, talents and qualities are hidden behind them.

Will help activate ābeginners mindā that so give new meaning to your routine tasks.
Finish your day with a list of 5 things that you have learnt today. Look for the most interesting, extraordinary experiences, analyze them and make conclusions.
Writing practices are important and really working.
