What the process looks like:

STEP 1:

We kick off the course by an intro session, where I assess what level you are at in your job search. After that, we develop a clear, step-by-step searching strategy, customized to your current situation and your goals. We determine your strengths (experience, credentials, soft skills and hard skills), and brainstorm how you can leverage it.

STEP 2:

We schedule 1-1 accountability meetings with you on a weekly basis (virtually or in person if in Ottawa) for 1.5 hours each.

STEP 3:

Together, we work on your resume, Cover letter, LinkedIn profile. You will get templates for each of them, and I will check the work after. You also get a bunch of email templates for LinkedIn networking, followup emails, rejection emails, thank-you emails etc.

STEP 4:

You get 20 job searching channels, we will choose the ones that will be right for YOU and target those. I will guide you though the process: teach you how to submit applications that will make employers call you, create a list of target companies, and teach you how to approach them. You will learn how to access hidden job market and develop effective networking skills.

STEP 5:

You get fully prepared for a phone and in-person interview, so you can ace it whether it’s a Recruiter, Hiring Manager and/or C suite. You will also learn how to negotiate compensation effectively.

IMPORTANT:

You text and email support whenever you need to discuss anything. I'm here to ensure you're implementing the strategies I teach throughout the course and achieving results with my ongoing support.
