Since 2012, my passion for helping others has been the driving force behind my career. My coaching journey had begun pretty naturally: at some point, I observed that people reached out to me outside of work with significant job-related questions: seeking for purpose in life, ambitions, unlocking potential, self-realization, and where to go next.
With a decade of experience in HR, I came to understand that personal development is fundamental to professional growth. Upon graduating from Integral Coaching Canada ™ I transitioned into the role of a Personal Career Coach, drawing upon my extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition, onboarding, interview, and employee development initiatives, paired with specialized training in the Integral Coaching Method.

What is Outside of my scope:
Relationship coaching. While I believe that personal life is of huge importance, I am not qualified to help with family and personal relations issues. My main areas of expertise is career coaching, productivity, time management and self-development.
Traumas and mental issues. By training, I am a coach and consultant, and not qualified to work as mental health therapist.
I don’t typically work with teenagers. My clients are mostly people that have some life and professional experience.
I don’t do the job for you. I will guide you and give recommendations and practices individually crafted for you, however, it’s your responsibility to action.
