My coaching journey started naturally—over time, I realized that people often reached out to me outside of work with big questions: seeking purpose, unlocking potential, navigating career changes, and striving for self-realization.

With over a decade of experience in HR, I’ve learned that personal growth is key to professional success. After graduating from Integral Coaching Canada ™ I made a shift into becoming a Personal Career Coach, combining my extensive background in Talent Acquisition, onboarding, interviews, and employee development with specialized training in the Integral Coaching Method.
